Country on the Black Sea

 

 

You have probably heard of Sunny Beach and Golden Sands. They are probably the most popular resorts on the Black Sea. Flip over the pages of any holiday brochure and these rather un-Bulgarian- Cyrillic names jump out at you from every page. You fly to the airport at Varna and there are plenty of coaches and buses taking passengers to these holiday resorts.

With skiing at the winter resort of Bansko, south of the capital of Sofia, and summer holiday destinations along the Black Sea coastal resorts, its no wonder Bulgaria was such a popular destination for former Communists. Indeed, Russians, not Brits are proving to be the most enthusiastic property buyers here of late. There was something of a property rush prior to the country's entry into the EU at the beginning of 2007 and although this has settled down to a more sensible level, Bulgaria is still a country offering property buyers value for money and a low cost of living. We recommend you make arrangements with us to view a new, exclusive five-star development on the seafront at the north part of the famous Sunny Beach and within walking distance of the restaurants, bars, casinos and shopping malls.

 

FORT

Fort properties are next to Helena Resort Hotel and Victoria Palace Hotel and are just a ten minute walk along the promenade from the new marina. Most of the apartments here enjoy spectacular views over the Black Sea; something of a misnomer since, in summer, the warm water that breaks onto the sandy beaches is, if anything, a stunning azure blue!

Fort Beach offers studio apartments, one bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom apartments. Prices start at 41,000! We can help arrange an appointment for you if you want to go out and have a closer look. If you buy a property off-plan, the reservation fee is €1,000. After you’ve signed a preliminary contract (emailed or posted to you), the payment schedule is 35% of the price of the property, less the €1,000 reservation fee due within three weeks of reserving. Once the roofing works have been finished on your property, another 35% is due. The final 30% is due upon completion of the development. Excellent furniture packs are available.

With a choice of studio, one or two bedroom apartments, prices start at £21,000 with two-bedroom apartments from around £41,000!


You can reserve a property with a €1,000 reservation fee with us (or you can pay this if you see a property you like on a visit to the development in Bulgaria). 30% of the property price, less the €1,000 reservation fee is payable next within three weeks from reserving. 20% must be paid once the roofing works have been finished and the final 50% upon completion. There is no charge for legal fees in transferring the Title Deeds, just an extra 3% (approximately) to cover cost of additional legal work.

 

NESSEBAR

From £43,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, owners of Nessebar properties benefit from membership of the Nessebar Fort Golf Club. Choose from studio apartments or one-bedroom apartments on this development. The project is finished. The golf club boasts a club restaurant, a driving range with six lanes for initial strikes; three fairways, 120 metres each and a training putting green with 15 holes.
